New Zealand Federation of Meccano Modellers’ Meeting Saturday 25 February

When: Saturday 25 February 2012, 9.00am to 5.00pm.

Where: St Andrews Church Hall, 91 Titiraupenga Street, Taupo Town Centre, Taupo.

Reason: Fellowship, bring models (any and all), bring items of Meccano interest, participate in clockwork motor challenge, meeting.

Agenda: This is a guideline only;

Gather from 9.00am onwards.

Fraternise, model examination and play.

Lunch.

Clockwork motor challenge.

More fraternisation, models and play.

Tidy up and leave hall at 5.00pm

6.30-7.00pm meet at restaurant for meal and social time.

Registration: The hall costs $15/hour +GST ($138 including GST at 15% for 8 hours). Registration: $10 to cover hall hire, morning and afternoon tea condiments.

Refreshments: The hall has kitchen facilities so morning and afternoon tea will be on hand. (Tea, coffee & Milo). Lunch to be obtained by you.

Accommodation: If you are coming to Taupo for more than the day, it is suggested you book accommodation early. Summer in Taupo is busy with many events and accommodation fills quickly closer to the day
