Revolving Motor Chassis

The base was assembled from parts Alistair had bought from a local man after he had stripped the original model that was constructed by Binns Road in Liverpool. Alistair then reassembled the remaining parts using the Model of the Month plan from the January 1957 Meccano Magazine. It seems that there is only very limited information about the original Revolving Motor Chassis which was made with a 6 cylinder engine and more of a straight chassis.
